VIP Coordinator / Host
We all know how busy and sometimes stressful the pre-show period can be as there is such limited time to get everything done. Meet & Greet sessions are a great way to offer your VIPs an exclusive experience with their favourite artists.
I am a very experienced host and will take care of everything so the talent can focus on having genuine interactions with their fans.
Services provided include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Coordinate with venue to set up Meet & Greet area
- Greet all VIPs on arrival and crosscheck with attendee list
- Distribute lanyards, passes, and exclusive merchandise (as required)
- Assist with Q & A sessions as needed
- Handle photos and signing in an efficient manner
- Ensure session runs to schedule
