In-Person Private Lesson: Lessons are held every Wednesday & Friday from 10:30am - 5:30pm at the Harold Park Playground in Forest Lodge. Each lesson is 50 minutes long and includes a warm up, goal specific conditioning, skill work, and cool down.
In-Person Siblings Lesson: Similar to the In-Person Private Lesson this allows two siblings to train at the same time. This option works best when the athletes are at similar capability levels and can work on similar skills together.
At-Home Training Plan: Accelerate your learning at home! This one page plan contains goal specific conditioning to be completed by the athlete in their own time. Perfect for the athlete that wants to improve - and fast.
