what’s included

In-Person Private Lesson: Lessons are held every Wednesday & Friday from 10:30am - 5:30pm at the Harold Park Playground in Forest Lodge. Each lesson is 50 minutes long and includes a warm up, goal specific conditioning, skill work, and cool down.

At-Home Training Plan: Accelerate your learning at home! This one page plan contains goal specific conditioning to be completed by the athlete in their own time. Perfect for the athlete that wants to improve - and fast.


what to bring

Please wear close fitting sport clothes to your lesson. Long hair must be tied up out of your face. If you have cheerleading shoes please ensure that the soles are clean. If you do not have cheer shoes, you may do your lesson barefoot. To ensure cleanliness all equipment will be wiped down before and after each lesson, please make sure that you wash/sanitise your hands prior to your lesson for the safety of all athletes.


weather policy

To ensure the safety of all athletes, lessons will be cancelled if:

  • It is raining

  • The ground is deemed too wet and poses a slip risk

  • The temperature is expected to exceed 36 degrees

Athletes have the option of rescheduling the lesson to another day (schedule permitting) OR to proceed with their lesson via Zoom in their regular time slot.


payment

Private Lessons must be paid for prior to the lesson starting. We have a number of options for payment including direct deposit, exact cash (no change provided), and tap facilities for Debit, Visa, & Mastercard. Please visit our pricing page to see what packages are available to purchase.


cancellation

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your private lesson for any reason. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge. Should you arrive late your lesson will still finish at the same allocated time - please notify us as soon as possible by phone if you know you will be running late.


insurance

All Athletes should be covered by their own Personal Accident Insurance either through their parents policy or through a separate group like AASCF or Gymnastics Australia.
